Service Description
This is for dogs with minor issues and/or for people who need an affordable pay as you go plan. Adds on can be purchased for follow on visits, phone/email advice on an as and when basis. Travel costs may apply if further than 20 mils from Hove
Cancellation Policy
Please ensure vet referral has been acknowledged by problem pet solutions prior to booking and you have been invited by us to make an appointment. No refunds are given if less than 7 days notice offered. If there is an unavoidable reason for postponing, rather than cancelling a behaviour consultation, the payment can be held over to the next appointment but if the second appointment is then cancelled at any time or postponed the full cost of the consultation will be due. If you cancel before 7 days then you will be charged an admin fee for cancellation of £50.
